If you do nothave particularly strong feelings for one over any of the others but wantgood capabilities and value for money, I would say one of the Jeeps isthe better choice, unless you really like Jeeps for all the reasons Ilike Land Rovers, in which case the Jeep is the only choice. The LandCruiser is in the same category as the Range Rover: you'd better REALLYwant one to justify the cost of the US version.

I would rather put up with a higher level ofmaintenance and a few more problems in order to drive a vehicle with analmost 50-year direct heritage that's designed to do what I need it todo. A lot of people feel the opposite- their first priority isreliability. But I don't care if the window switches crap out if I knowthe vehicle will get me up and down that logging road without missing abeat. I can fix the window switches later.

Is this a bad time to try to negotiate for a '94(should I wait a few months for the "New Year" phase to pass)?I know the "Market Value Adjustment" charge is bogus, but what about theDestination Charge and Marketing/Advertisement Charge, are they negotiable?What other non-vehicle charges are out there which buyers are expected topay?
